The MOMENT study is being conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a study drug on disease activity in adults with primary membranous nephropathy.

The purpose of the MOMENT Study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a study drug compared to a standard-of-care medication in reducing PMN disease activity, including reducing protein in the urine.
Are 18–79 years of age
Have a diagnosis of primary membranous nephropathy (PMN).
Other eligibility criteria apply and will be evaluated by a study doctor if you choose to continue screening for the study.
Have a different form of membranous nephropathy other than PMN.
Have advanced kidney disease, including a need for dialysis or a history of kidney transplant.

In this study, participants will receive either the study drug or a standard-of-care medication.
Your participation in this study will last up to 3 years.
There is no placebo in this study.
Participants may continue any non‑study treatments for PMN as directed by their healthcare providers.
Reasonable reimbursement for travel-related expenses is available to eligible participants.
The opportunity to contribute to PMN research.
The study drug at no cost or a standard-of-care medication. There is no placebo for this study.
Study-related visits with a clinical research study team.
